The IEEE/EMBS membership number must be indicated in the registration form.
Students must provide an official certificate of their student status at the moment of registration.
“Social Dinner and awards” is not included in the cost and can be added in the registration.
Workshops and Visits are limited and can be selected in the registration.
Registration includes coffee-breaks and Lunch.

Registration and Final Submission:
- Paper Authors have until
July 21July 31 to register in the conference (associate your Paper to your registration in the platform) and submit the final version of the paper after registration.
Payment:
- Payment can be done in two modalities: card payment or bank transfer.
- In case of bank transfer, after transfer, please send the proof of transfer to the conference Technical Committee (duarte.f.dias@inesctec.pt) with the “Memo To Beneficiary” number.
